How applying for a Bali visa online actually works
From the moment you pay to the e-visa landing in your inbox, here is every step, who does it, and how long it takes. No jargon.
Tell us where you're going and for how long
Pick your nationality, purpose and length of stay. We name the visa that fits - and the cheaper option if there is one. If nothing fits, we say so rather than selling you the wrong thing.
Upload two documents
Your passport bio page and a passport-style photo. Our scanner reads the details so you are checking them, not typing them. Extensions also need a photo of your current visa.
Pay securely
One card payment through Stripe, shown in your own currency. The price includes the Indonesian government fee - nothing is added at checkout.
A licensed agent checks the file
A Bali-based agent reviews every document against what immigration will accept. If something is unreadable, expiring too soon, or inconsistent with your passport, they message you on WhatsApp before anything is lodged.
Lodged with immigration
Only once the file is complete and correct. This is the step that decides the outcome, and it is why we do not lodge automatically the moment you pay.
Approved and emailed to you
Your approved e-visa arrives as a PDF. Save it to your phone and print a copy for the border. If it is late or refused, you get a full refund of everything you paid us.
