How long does a Bali visa take?
An Indonesia eVOA is usually approved within 1-3 business days - often the same day. B211A and multiple-entry visas take 3-7 working days. KITAS and company setups vary; we give you a clear timeline before you pay.
Do you accept applications from every nationality?
Yes - travellers of almost every nationality, wherever they live. Passports on Indonesia's e-VOA list (97 countries, including the US, the UK, the EU, Canada, Australia, India and the Gulf states) get the e-VOA online. Passports that aren't on it - such as Pakistan, Iran, Syria, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, South Sudan and Fiji - need the C1 visit visa approved before travel, and we act as the Indonesian sponsor it requires. The only exceptions are the few passports Indonesia handles through its separate calling-visa process, and any passport whose applications immigration has temporarily paused.
I live abroad on a different passport. Can I still apply?
Yes. Indonesia decides by the passport you travel on, not where you live, so a Pakistani passport holder in Dubai or an Ethiopian in the US follows their own passport's rules. You apply online from wherever you are, pay in your local currency and receive the e-visa by email - no embassy visit. We have pages for residents of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India.
What documents do I need?
For most tourist visas: a clear photo of your passport bio page (valid 6+ months) and a passport-style photo. We'll prompt you for anything specific to your visa type, like sponsorship or proof of funds for a KITAS.
What's the order of payment and review?
You apply and pay first via Stripe. A licensed Bali-based agent then reviews your application within 1 business hour. If anything is missing or unclear, they message you on WhatsApp to sort it out - your application isn't lodged with immigration until your file is complete. If your visa is late or refused, you get a full refund of everything you paid us.
Can you extend my visa while I'm in Bali?
Yes. We extend eVOA, B211A and KITAS visas without you leaving the island - our team handles the immigration appointments and paperwork for you.
Do you handle business and KITAS visas too?
