Questions about checking your status

Where do I find my register number?
It's issued when a visa or stay permit application is lodged on Indonesia's official e-visa system. If you applied yourself, it's in your application on evisa.imigrasi.go.id. If an agent or sponsor applied for you, ask them for it. It's usually 15 letters and numbers, like 2271026C1234567.
Should I choose Visa or Stay Permit?
Choose Visa for a new visa, such as a C1 visit visa. Choose Stay Permit for an extension of your stay or a KITAS.
Why does it say no application was found?
Usually it's a typo or the wrong tab. Immigration's system needs both numbers exactly right: a space, a missing character, or the letter O instead of the number 0 is enough for it to find nothing. This checker removes spaces for you.
Can my application be expedited?
Yes. If you want it approved by the 5th business day after you applied and paid, or it's already past that and still waiting, message us on WhatsApp with your register number and we'll work on expediting it. You don't need to have applied with us.
Can I download my visa here?
No. Only the status can be checked here. An approved e-visa comes from whoever lodged the application, or from your account on the official e-visa site if you applied yourself. If you applied with MyBaliVisa, we email you when it's ready and you download it from your account.
Is this the official immigration website?
No. This free checker is run by MyBaliVisa, a private visa service. It checks your two numbers with Indonesian immigration's online system (evisa.imigrasi.go.id), shows you the result, and doesn't save them. You can always check on evisa.imigrasi.go.id directly.
