Indonesia Arrival Card, filed for you
Every traveller entering Indonesia must complete the All Indonesia arrival card in the 3 days before they land. Answer the questions once and we'll file it at the right time for your whole group, then email you the QR code.
The arrival card is free if you complete it yourself on the official All Indonesia website, allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. Our fee covers filling it in and checking it for you, filing it in the 3-day window and sending you the card. MyBaliVisa is a private service, not the Indonesian government. Doing it yourself? Follow our step-by-step guide to the official form.
How it works
You answer once. We do the timing and the government form.
- 1
Order and answer once
Scan your passport and answer the card's questions - your flight, where you're staying, and the health and customs declarations. About 5 minutes for the whole group.
- 2
We wait for the window
Indonesia only accepts the arrival card in the 72 hours before you travel. We keep your answers and file it then, so you receive it 24-48 hours before you land.
- 3
We file and check it
Our team enters every answer on the official All Indonesia system and checks the result against your passport.
- 4
Show the QR code
We email you the arrival card and keep it in your account. Show the QR code to immigration and customs when you land.
What the arrival card asks
The same questions as the official form, in plain English. Have these ready.
Passport and personal details
Read from a photo of each passport, plus each traveller's gender and country of birth.
Your trip
Arrival and departure dates, the reason for your trip, and your flight number (or ship or vehicle).
Where you're staying
The hotel, villa or home you stay at first, with its address.
Health, quarantine and customs
Symptoms and recent travel, any animals, plants or food you're bringing, goods to declare, and how many bags you have.
